Calms Skin • For Hypersensitive Skin • Reduces Redness • Relieves Symptoms of Contact Dermatitis
The Anti-Inflammatory Crème Cleanser, Step 1 in our 5-Step Facial Regimen, is designed to soothe and calm the skin as it purifies. Crafted to care for those prone to redness or *problematic inflammation and skin sensitivities.
High in Chamazulene, known to reduce redness, along with the cleansing and softening effects of our Marine Algae, harvested once a year from the rocks along the Brittany Coast of France, this formula gently cleanses as it soothes.
Due to the soothing properties in the ingredients of this cleanser, we recommend using it to calm the skin after sunburn, windburn, laser treatments, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels.
*Please note: Sensitive skin may be caused by many medical conditions and should always be diagnosed by a professional Health Care Practitioner. See also Disclaimer in footer.
Apply 4-6 pumps to dry skin. Massage over entire face and neck in a circular fashion until créme has disappeared, remove with wet wash cloth. For *inflamed skin you may leave on an extra 5-10 minutes before gently removing with wet wash cloth.
*Acne • Rosacea • Sunburn • Redness due to medical treatments, i.e., lasers, dermabrasion, windburn, micro-needling, etc.

Anti-Inflammatory Series
Massage-In Crème Cleanser • Crystal Radiance Hydrating Elixir • Precious & Nourishing Facial Oil
The Anti-Inflammatory Series was originally created for hyper-sensitive, auto-immune or atopic skin inflammations such as eczema, seborrhea dermatitis, psoriasis, and other reactionary skin conditions.
Over many years of creating active botanical preparations, we have encountered many that rash up at the mere smell of an essential oil. My daughter Taylor was the impetus of the Anti-Inflammatory Series, after a severe bout with impetigo caused by an infected mosquito bite at 12. Her legs would rash up if she sat on a friend’s lawn, using lip balm with essentials oils or makeup would instantly cause a reaction.
I myself have suffered with such auto-immune skin responses. My personal journey is one that does not prescribe to conventional wisdom when it comes to my health. Our skin is a visible indicator of other systemic issues, so once those are addressed, and a solution adhered to, the skin will heal. Diet, stress, and overall mindful lifestyle is key.
The standard recommendation of dermatologists is steroids and the elimination of perfumed products. Why not guide them holistically and prescribe an anti-inflammatory diet along with nutritional supplementation and lifestyle awareness, among other things?
Crisis Skin Only
It is because of the aforementioned, as well as each individual’s medical disposition, that we have changed our message of use. Because these types of auto-immune response skin conditions are becoming such an epidemic, we feel it is beyond our scope of care with simply a topical product. In other words, these conditions require systemic and holistic attention along with a lifestyle change.
In addition, almost everyone thinks they are sensitive. I disagree, the original line is conducive and corrective for the majority of people and can give greater attention to the skin’s purity, hydration, and overall health than the anti-inflammatory is able to.
Here are the categories and some of the key dispositions for using the Anti-Inflammatory Series and why everyone should have it on hand:
• Sunburn • Windburn • Laser or other facial rejuvenation with redness and inflammation • Inflamed Rosacea • Micro-needling • Inflamed acne • Hot inflamed skin • Hives • After microdermabrasion or caustic peels • Alternate with Rosemary & Geranium Crème Cleanser [if R&G is too strong for daily use]
Aloe Vera Aloe barbadensis • Neroli Citrus aurantium Hydrosol Aqua • Plant Oils: Coconut Cocos nucifera, Jojoba Simmondsia chinensis, Avocado Persea americana, Red Palm Elaeis guineensis, Foraha Calophyllum inophyllum, Olive Squalane Olea europaea • Red Marine Algae Chondrus Crispus • Co2 Extracts: Amaranth Amaranthus caudatus, Rosemary Rosmarinus officinalis • Vitamin E Tocopherol [Sunflower-Source] • Vegetable Glycerin Glycerin • Coconut Sodium cocoate • Grape Vitis vinifera Alcohol • Vegetable Cellulose • Proprietary Blend Essential Oils

Soothes • Renews Hydration • Balances Complexion • Facilitates Healthy Cell Regeneration
The Crystal Radiance Hydrating Elixirs, Step 3 in our 5-Step Facial Regimen, are developed as treatments to help hydrate, balance, and rejuvenate the skin. These original nourishing water-based products were developed in 1986 to reestablish water hydration.
The hydrating nature of our elixirs include a complex botanical synergy specific to each skin type, along with an energetic gem elixir, chosen for its specific mineral qualities, all to assist water saturation.
For use both day and night, these elixirs assist in renewing hydration deeper into the epidermis before oil-based products during the day, and alone at night to regulate while you sleep, without the use of serums, or night creams.
The Anti-Inflammatory Elixir is a very gentle option for those with sensitivities or redness. The botanicals high in chamazulene and red marine algae soothe inflammation.
Please note: Our Artemisia line has been renamed to Anti-Inflammatory. Don't worry, they're still the same amazing formulas.
Shake and spray 3-4 pumps over face and neck. Keep bottle approximately 10-12 inches from face.
Day: After cleansing with Anti-Inflammatory Créme Cleanser, spray face and neck with Anti-Inflammatory Crystal Radiance, before applying Anti-Inflammatory Precious & Nourishing Facial Oil.
Night: After cleansing, apply Nighttime Repair Serum, then spray face and neck with Crystal Radiance.
*For those with crisis skin and hypersensitivities, we do not recommend using the Nighttime Repair Serum.
