When will my Order Ship?

Our products usually ship within 1-3 business days (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays)! However, during promotions and sales, orders may take a bit longer to process. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking via email.

Benedetta ships domestically and internationally! We ship to most countries worldwide!

Shipping options within the United States vary by location, but we do offer a flat rate of $8 USD. Anything over $75 USD ships free!

Shipping options outside the United States (international) are serviced by DHL or FedEx. Anything over $175 USD ships free!

All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your Benedetta order and/or shipping total. Benedetta, Inc. is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.

Benedetta, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Delivery

We do our very best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, however once your order is transferred to USPS, it may encounter delays during its journey to you.

Please note, Benedetta is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays. Our team can only view the same information that you can via your order’s tracking number.

Return Policy

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges at this time. If you have a severe reaction or are sensitive to any product, we are happy to issue store credit for the value of the product(s), not including Shipping and Handling.

Benedetta, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.

Allergies

The Benedetta, Inc. line was made in a conscious attempt to help the skin’s ability to be its best. Creating holistic formulations, without the use of caustic, phenol, or chemically derived means is the earmark of our intention.

Benedetta, Inc. goes to great lengths to acquire the very best, Organic & Biodynamic ingredients that are processed in accordance with the vibrance and health of that botanical. Our formulas are developed for the majority of people with mild to normal skin imbalances. We go to great lengths to provide holistic and safe preparations that encourage our skin to be its best through natural, authentic formulations with no altering or negative effect.

With that said, “natural” is not synonymous with less reactive, in fact the contrary is often experienced in those not accustomed to clean unadulterated products. Our products are different from other natural products you may have tried and generally are more potent. Anyone can have a histamine reaction and allergic response from a myriad of external causes including botanicals.

If on the other hand you are not allergic, but instead break out with acne blemishes, you may go through an acclimation period and “detox” before experiencing benefits, lasting from 3-21 days.

If you...

  • Have a Health Condition or Concern
  • Take Prescription Medication internally or externally, including cancer drugs not limited to Chemotherapy and Radiation
  • Use Sunscreens daily, especially prescription SPF sunscreens
  • Use chemically-based Make-up, Skin Care, Deodorant, etc.
  • Have Allergy-prone Skin or Extreme Hypersensitivities
  • Suffer from an Auto-Immune Disease

If you answer YES to any of the above, it is possible that our 100% botanical skin care preparations may cause a reaction. We suggest if this is your first time trying any of our products that you opt for a smaller or sample size over our full size products. As a holistic line of personal care, Benedetta, Inc. cannot guarantee that the combined use of synthetic and pharmaceutical topical applications will work synergistically with Benedetta, Inc. From our standpoint it is the opposite and may not compliment, but instead contraindicate.

That's right! All our products are 100% cruelty-free, paraben-free, plasticizer-free, and synthetic fragrance-free.

Is Benedetta vegan?

All our products are made with 100% botanical ingredients with the one exception of Bee Propolis which we use in our Control Crème and our Crème Cleanser for Most Skin.
