Return Policy

  • We accept returns in the case of a skin allergic reaction* or sensitivity within 15 days of delivery. After the initial 15-day period, orders are only eligible for store credit or exchange. After 30 days, orders are considered final sale.
  • There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns. This fee is waived for store credit returns or exchanges. 
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Initial shipping charges are not refundable. 

*We are concerned when anyone who may not be able to use Benedetta products and want to know how your skin is reacting. We do not guarantee our products if you are mixing with other product lines. We also do not perceive normal breakouts as an allergic reaction. Allergic reactions are typically in the form of a rash, hives, itchy skin and flakiness, to name some symptoms. It is also possible to purge if you are an acneic individual. For all these reasons we want to guide you in the right direction.

Return Process

  • Contact our customer support team within 15 days of the delivery date to notify us of the issue and your intention to return the item(s). You can reach us via phone at 707-665-3904 or email at sales@benedetta.com to initiate your return. 
We reserve the right to modify or update this return policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.
