Shake and spray 3-4 pumps over face and neck. Keep bottle approximately 10-12 inches from face.

Day: After cleansing with Step-1 Rosemary & Geranium Créme Cleanser, and applying The Eye Creme Step-2. Spray face and neck with Crystal Radiance Hydrating Elixir before applying Precious & Nourishing Facial Oil and Visibly Radiant Moisturizer.

Night: After cleansing with Step-1 Rosemary & Geranium Créme Cleanser, apply Nighttime Repair Serum. Optional: Wait 10 minutes or longer before spraying Crystal Radiance Hydrating Elixir, Step-3.

The Crystal Radiance Hydrating Elixir series are authentic formulas based on water integration, saturation and balance. Created in 1986, these little sweeties would become the impetus for creating the Benedetta facial regimen launched 10 years later.

My intention for the Crystal Radiance Hydrating Elixirs was to aid the relief of dehydration, plaguing the majority of individuals and my clients. The key was to introduce cell hydration during sleep to regain balance when waking.

Our biological clock and *circadian rhythms in the skin affect the biology of appearance and also have a profound effect on the absorption of products where hydration is a key factor. A recent study reveals the importance of the biological clock in the regeneration of skin stem cells. When this system is disrupted it results in premature tissue aging. When skin cells divide, in a process called proliferation, this process takes place during the day at various times, but is at least 30 times more rapid at night than during the day. The rate of water loss is 20% to 30% higher at night than during the day. Therefore, the skin’s regulation with regard to water loss and skin hydration, as well as skin ph and skin temperature, are controlled during sleeping hours.

Used at NIGHT after Step-1 Massage-In Crème Cleanser and Step-2 Nighttime Serum, the Crystal Radiance Hydrators allow the skin to “breath” while securing much needed water hydration. NOTE: The Nighttime Serum is not an oil based cream product and largely made up of botanical extracts all geared toward fighting deeply rooted free radical damage.  It is designed to have the Crystal Radiance follow it, or balanced hydration may be in jeopardy.
